5 Stars Exactly what I needed!
This speaker selector works great. At a fantastic price too! Comes with a lot of stickers to label exactly what speakers you want turned on or off. I highly recommend this unit.
5 Stars Excellent piece of equipment …
Just moved into a new home that was prewired in all the rooms, garage, patio, etc for sound. I purchased this item so I could choose the rooms I wanted sound in when we’re entertaining, etc. I mainly purchased because it is SOOO much cheaper than the powered models. This thing does everything I need it to do … very simple, yet effective piece of equipment. Highly recommended.
4 Stars Nice, plastic feel
Well The options are, buy from Amazon or you go in to Bestbuy or other big stores and you will pay double for a unit like this. I believe that the units in the big stores have a/c power to them, which may or may not add to the watts output. This unit has more selection than I needed, so I should have pick the 4 speaker selector unit. The unit, well the bottons and red light indicators are plastic (little cheap), but for the price not bad. It works great.
4 Stars Scott
Product very easy to install nice configuration decent terminals could be a little bigger. I had pre-wired my house while under construction, and wire used is a tad bigger than the opening on the connector terminals. Overall very pleased with the product. Mainly purchased it as a 3rd set of speakers were added outside and the old speaker selector only held 4 and needed to upgrade to handle the extra set. Well worth the money and highly reccomend.
5 Stars I can hook up 12 speakers!
It was really cheap when I got it, maybe $35, a great buy. I can hook up 12 speakers and control 6 pairs. I will be using it in a low volume setting in multiple rooms so I am not worried about overloading anything.
