5 Stars Best mouse I’ve ever owned
My parents bought me this mouse for my 21st birthday. I’m 26 now (and only six months until my birthday) and the thing is still going like a champ. You would think after all this time a button would stop working or something would break, but it hasn’t. Great resolution, very comfortable, and the thumb button is great for games and browsing. The 800dpi is still very respectable and I’ve yet to find a wireless with the same power saving that this mouse has. The only negatives to it is that over six years I’ve worn through the rubber on the thumb side
I’m on the computer most of every day so I’ve put many thousands of hours on this mouse. Probably the best mouse ever made. No, wait. It IS the best mouse ever made.
1 Star Biggest piece of junk mouse I’ve ever used.
While containing excellent battery life, the Logitech MouseMan is probably the most frustrating mouse I’ve ever had to use, including the little ‘knob’ mouse found on some old IBM laptops. It’s horrifically imprecise, no matter how close the receiver is. The ‘go back’ button is handy, but not enough to make up for the torture of trying to select something with the pointer. I frequently find myself struggling to move the pointer to a desired spot, only to have it suddenly shoot past that spot once I’m almost there. It’s like it KNOWS where I want to go and then deliberately avoids it! Clicking something requires a slight hesitation in your movement; if you skim by, say, an address bar in an internet browser, you have to first force the pointer to select it, then pause for a half second and THEN click or it won’t do anything. I hate this mouse so much and the only reason I still use it is because I use a computer that belongs to the owner of the house I’m living in at school. Most of the time I just bring my own portable wireless Microsoft mouse to use when I can. Don’t waste your money on this piece of crap!
5 Stars Awsome Product,A Must Have!
I bought this product and I use it for my RCA MSN.TV 2 System.I already have a corded mouse but, this mouse beats them all.Not only is it cordless but,it goes on any surface and you don’t have to worry about cords getting in the way.Highly recommend,if you can get one at a reasonable price then buy it because you won’t regret it.
This mouse take 2 AA batteries and there is a reset button on the bottom of the mouse that you use a pen to poke with or you can use the usb part and reset it with the button there.I have my mouse on and I have a cover on my desk and it runs on it so smoothly.Just plus in the usb cord and put the thing wherever you want it and your set to go.
